Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Prior to shipping, we do our best to ensure the quality and accuracy of your items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item or there is another issue with your item, please reach out to the The Craft Divas Team immediately via email at email@example.com or via the Contact Us option on the Site.
We do not issue refunds only exchanges or store credit. Issues and damage during transit are the responsiblity of the carrier.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from confirmed receipt of your order to notify us and begin the return and exchange process.
In your email or Contact Us submission, please include:
- Your name, email, and preferred contact phone number
- Your order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email)
- Photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
Please allow us 3-5 days to provide you an update and instructions.
You will need to return the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted to process your return and exchange.
